Join us for the exciting Fire and Rescue 5K on Saturday, October 10th, 2026, in the beautiful city of Winchester! Runners of all ages can participate, with awards for the top three overall finishers in both male and female categories, including cash prizes for the top spots. Juniors aged 12 to 17 will also have the chance to shine, with medals awarded to the fastest finishers. Additionally, runners aged 40 and above will compete for a special prize and medals in the Masters category.
Packet pickup will take place at the Village Square Restaurant on Friday, October 9th, from 5:30 PM to 7 PM, as well as on race day from 7 AM to 7:30 AM, just before the race kicks off! Whether you're a seasoned runner or just looking to enjoy a fun day out with the community, the Fire and Rescue 5K promises an unforgettable experience filled with camaraderie and competition. "Overall" (Open) Top Three Runners - Male / Female 1ST ($200), 2ND ($100), and 3RD ($50)*
"Juniors " (12 to 17) Medals awarded for 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place finishers
"Masters" (40 and above) - $50 for1st Place Male/Female winner and Medals awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place finishers Male/Female
*No award duplication in Overall and Age group categories will occur
