Kick off your Independence Day celebrations with this vibrant race that starts at 8:00 AM from the Ansonia Local Schools West Parking Lot. Runners of all ages are welcome to enjoy a beautiful and shaded country road course that promises a fun and invigorating experience.
Don’t miss out on early sign-up discounts available until June 20th, and secure your spot to receive a stylish race T-shirt or opt for a comfortable dry-fit option this year! Medals will be awarded to the top three finishers in each age category for both male and female runners, along with overall awards for the top male and female competitors and the first-place team. THE ANSONIA FIRE DEPARTMENT IS HOLDING ITS ANNUAL
FIRECRACKER 5K ON JULY 4TH, 2025
STARTS: 8:00AM GUN START
AT ANSONIA LOCAL SCHOOLS WEST PARKING LOT
EARLY SIGN UP DISCOUNTS, BEFORE JUNE 20TH.
NO DAY OF RACE REGISTRATION!
T-SHIRTS WITH REGISTRATION SIGN UP UNTIL JUNE 20TH!
OPTION OF A DRY FIT SHIRTS AGAIN THIS YEAR!
AWARD MEDALS WILL BE GIVEN OUT FOR THE TOP 3 IN EVERY AGE CATEGORY FOR BOTH MALE AND FEMALE RUNNERS, AS WELL AS TOP 3 MALE AND TOP 3 FEMALE OVERALL AND FIRST PLACE TEAM OVERALL.
RACE WILL BE SAME COURSE AS THE PAST WITH THE BEAUTIFUL AND SHADED COUNTRY ROAD RUN.
