Join us for the 25th Annual Fireworks Over the Falls celebration on Saturday, June 28, 2025, in the charming village of Oriskany Falls, Oneida! This vibrant event features a thrilling 5K run/walk that kicks off at 4 PM, starting and finishing at the Oriskany Falls Volunteer Fire Department. Whether you're a seasoned runner or a casual walker, there's fun for everyone as you take in the scenic route around the village. Last year, we had 30 participants, and we’re eager to see that number grow this year!
After the race, stick around for an exciting lineup of family-friendly activities, including delicious food options, children's games, and live music from Grit n Grace from 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM. As the sun sets, get ready for a spectacular fireworks display by Majestics of Clinton, NY, lighting up the night sky around 9:30 PM. This event is part of the Route 20 Challenge Series, and all proceeds support the festivities. Don’t forget to bring a chair to relax and enjoy the show! Can you beat last year's First Place Winner's time of 23:40? Join us for a day of fun

Organiser's Description
The 25th Annual Fireworks over Oriskany Falls celebration is held on Saturday, June 28th. Returning for a third year, we will have another 5K walk/run event! Last year there were 30 runners/walkers, lets see if we can get more! The start/finish location will be at the Oriskany Falls Volunteer Fire Department, 172-174 Madison Street, Oriskany Falls NY. The route will be the same as last year, it will go around the Village. The race will start at 4pm, walkers will not be timed. After you participate in the walk/run there will be many activities at the field for you and the family to enjoy. Food will be available to purchase, children games, Grit n Grace will be playing from 5:30pm to 9:30pm and fireworks by Majestics of Clinton, NY will go off around 9:30PM. This 5k is a Member of the Route 20 Challenge Series. Parking is available on site, bring a chair to watch live band and fireworks. Bathrooms are available. This is a cash event, all proceeds go towards the event. _Lets see if you can beat our First Place Winners time of 23:40! _
