As an added bonus, you can opt to participate in the inaugural Merry & Bright Holiday Shuffle on December 19 and the New Day * New Year 5K on New Year's Day, providing extra motivation to keep moving. Each participant will receive delightful finisher swag, including a commemorative wooden ornament and a cozy long-sleeve soft blend hoodie. The holidays are busy. Your movement doesnt have to disappear.
Fit Through the Holidays is a virtual challenge designed to keep you moving through the busiest time of the year. Run, walk, hit the gym, take a class, ride, swim, stretch/yoga/pilates, how you move is completely up to you.

30 Active Days
40 Active Days
50 Active Days
Log your active days in our online tracker as you work toward your goal. Theres no required mileage, no required workout and no need to exercise every single day. The goal is simple... keep moving and stay active through the holiday season. We recommned a minimum of 20 - 30 min of movement.
Complete your challenge and earn your FIT THROUGH THE HOLIDAYS finisher swag of a commemorative wooden ornament and a long sleeve soft blend hoodie.
