The Fit to Fight Firefighter 5K Ruck is exclusively for volunteer and professional firefighters ready to put their endurance and determination to the test! Participants must complete the 3.1-mile course wearing full PPE (athletic shoes are permissible) and SCBA, making this a challenge for even the fittest firefighters out there. Every Ruck Division finisher will earn this commemorative patch, with medals awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. Gear up. Go the distance. Prove youre Fit to Fight!
