Organiser's Description
Please join us at the Senator Michael E. Hastings Flag Day 5K in partnership with the Village of Orland Hills Recreation Department. This year's sponsors are the the Human Race Sports, USO of Illinois, and Palermo's of 63rd Street.
This USATF certified 5K race features a relatively flat course that ends with a scenic run around Lake Lorin, within a beautiful suburban municipality. A 1-mile "Young Run" is also offered to our young friends who want to try a little shorter of a course.
All who register will be provided a Flag Day 5K t-shirt and Finisher Medal. Awards will be given to the overall 1st, 2nd and 3rd place finishers.
