Runners will traverse mostly flat out-and-back courses along the picturesque Custis and W&OD Trails, with the start and finish lines conveniently located on the trail by Bon Air.

All finishers will be awarded a medal, adding to the sense of accomplishment and celebration! For those looking for an additional challenge, consider registering for the DLS 5K for Lewy Body Dementia, a worthy cause aimed at raising funds for a progressive brain disorder.
