Program Details:
DURATION: 10 WEEKS
Group Meetings: Thursdays at 6:00 PM
Saturdays at 7:00 AM
All sessions will be held at FLEET FEET MOBILE.
Additional Work: FITNESS HOMEWORK ON 2 DAYS each week to keep you on track.
Key Events:
Final Event: Battleship 12K (Please note: participation in the Battleship 12K is not included in the registration fee.)
