Each run takes place in scenic winter settings, focusing on building endurance, strength, and mental resilience in cold-weather conditions. Runs accommodate both beginners and more seasoned runners - runs will have a 3-mile or 6-mile option, and you are also welcome to run longer or shorter if you want.
THE COFFEE SHOP FINISH:
Heres the best part: every run ends at a cozy local coffee shop! After completing your run, youll get to relax and warm up with a cup of freshly brewed coffee or tea, enjoying a post-run chat with fellow runners. It's the perfect way to end a beautiful winter run!
