Kicking off on Thursday, February 5th and running through Thursday, April 23rd, this vibrant training program takes place in the heart of Rochester, Monroe. Whether you're a seasoned runner or just starting your fitness journey, there’s a program tailored just for you.

Participants can choose from various options including the WalkCrew 5K, No Boundaries Learn to Run 5K, No Boundaries 2.0, and specialized half marathon and full marathon training programs. Distances range from a 5K (3.1 miles) to a full marathon (26.2 miles), ensuring everyone can find their fit. The goal event is the Flower City Half Marathon or 5K on Sunday, April 26th, taking place at Parcel 5 in Rochester, NY. Join a supportive community of fellow enthusiasts, guided by experienced coaches and mentors, and get ready to achieve your fitness goals while making new friends along the way! IT DOESN'T MATTER WHERE YOU ARE IN YOUR FITNESS, JUST GET BACK TO IT AND MAKE NEW FRIENDS, REACQUAINT WITH OLD FRIENDS AND DO SOMETHING FOR YOURSELF.

CHOOSE FROM THE FOLLOWING PROGRAMS:

* WALKCREW 5K - Perfect for those who just want to walk up to a 5K (3.1 miles) distance
* NO BOUNDARIES LEARN TO RUN 5K FOR RUNNERS AND WALKERS (NOBO) - Perfect for those who want to run, or are getting back to running. This is a tried n true run/walk (Ralk) strategy type of training
* NO BOUNDARIES 2.0 (NOBO 2.0) - This is perfect for those who already can run 2-3 miles without stopping but want to go longer, perhaps towards a 6-8 mile distance. Perfect for those who run 15 minute/mile or faster.
* "JUST FINISH" HALF MARATHON TRAINING (HFM) - This is for those who want to simply complete a 13.1 mile distance (Half Marathon). Must be able to run/walk 4 miles straight at 15 minute/mile or faster and able able to run 15 miles/week minimum.
* "JUST FASTER" HALF MARATHON TRAINING (HFM) - This is for those who want to complete a faster 13.1 mile distance (Half Marathon) then they have before. Must be able to run/walk 5 miles straight at 15 minute/mile or faster and able able to run 15 miles/week minimum.
* JUST FINISH FULL MARATHON TRAINING (HFM) - This is for those who want to complete a marathon (26.2 miles) and has half marathon distance experience. Must be able to run/walk 5 miles straight at 15 minute/mile or faster and able able to run 18 miles/week minimum. This program is best suited for those doing a late September early October Marathon. This program is unique and build towards a strong recovery between longer runs.

There is a program for everyone! All training plans are flexible and designed specifically for runners or walkers. The No Boundaries 2.0 plus Just Finish & Just Faster Half & Full Marathon Programs are best for those 15 minute/mile or faster speeds.

PROGRAM START / END DATE: Thursday, February 5th to Thursday, April 23rd.

GOAL EVENT: The Flower City Half Marathon or 5K on Sunday, April 26th at Parcel 5 in Rochester, NY. (or an event of your choice around that time frame). The Full Marathon will get you ready for Buffalo Full Marathon.

This program starts out walking and slowly builds into running, preparing you for a 5K (3.1 mile) race. (no running experience necessary and ability to walk 30 minutes before starting this program)
