This exciting event features a fast, flat, USATF-certified 5K course that runs right down the runway, making it a must-do for runners of all levels.
But the fun doesn’t stop when you cross the finish line! Immediately following the race, we kick off the 1st Annual FrogFest, a vibrant festival filled with delicious food, family-friendly activities, and live music from an incredible lineup of local bands, ensuring a fantastic atmosphere for all attendees. Plus, every step you take supports our veterans, active-duty military, first responders, and their families, contributing to crucial initiatives aimed at combating veteran suicide. Run, leap, and celebrate with us at Beaufort Executive Airport during South Carolina Aviation Week! The Flying Frog 5K takes you down the runway on a fast, flat USATF-certified courseand this year, the fun doesnt stop at the finish line
Were launching the 1ST ANNUAL FROGFEST right after the race! Enjoy food, family fun, and live music from:
Chris Jones / Debbie and the Boys of Summer / Distant Sounds / The Weekly Special / Walker Dean/ Corey Tate/ Exit 8/ Time & Pressure Band/ The Hardee Station Band/ Acoustic Bridge More bands to be announced as race day approaches!
All proceeds, after covering event expenses, will benefit Operation Patriots FOB, supporting veterans, active-duty military, first responders, and their families through peer connection, recreational activities and advocacy to combat veteran suicide.

Regular Registration - (2/1/26 - 3/31/26): $30
Last Chance Online Registration (4/1/26 - 4/15/26): $40
PLEASE NOTE THAT REGISTRATION FOR THIS EVENT IS NOT REFUNDABLE.
PACKET PICKUP will be available at Beaufort Executive Airport on Friday, April 17, 2026, between 0900 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Please note that T-shirts and sizes are not guaranteed for registrations after March 1, 2026.
RACE DAY REGISTRATION/PACKET PICK UP: For runners that have not pre-registered, registration will be available on the day of the race from 7:00 a.m. - 7:30 a.m. for $40.00. Pre-registered runners may also pick up their packets at this time if they have not already done so. Race Day Registration / Packet Pick Up will close promptly at 7:45 am to ensure the race begins on-time.
AWARDS:
Top 3 overall male & female, a plaque will be awarded.
Medals will be awarded to every participant who completes the race.
Walkers and strollers are welcome.
T-shirts are included in advance registration (and as supplies last on race day registration).
