This exciting event features a flat and fast 5K course that winds through the charming streets of Foley, starting at 6 p.m. Participants will have the chance to compete for medals and prizes, with awards given to the top male and female runners in various age categories, including 14 and under, 15-19, and all the way up to 65+.
The Kid K, designed for children up to age 12, kicks off at 5:45 p.m. and promises a fun-filled run with goodie bags for all participants. Race day registration opens at 4:45 p.m., so don’t forget to wear your best red, white, and blue attire to join in the festive spirit! With complimentary snacks and water stations available for everyone, it’s a perfect opportunity to enjoy a day of healthy competition and community camaraderie. AWARDS: Medals will be awarded for the top male and female in each category. Also, the top 3 overall males and top 3 females will be recognized and awarded additional prizes. Age brackets are 14 and under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, and 65+ .Award ceremony will be held after the conclusion of the race. Complimentary water and snacks for all participants will be available at the conclusion of the race and at two water stations on the course. We will also have snacks available for our up and coming runners in strollers at the water stations!
COURSE: The course is a flat, fast loop that winds through the streets of Foley. All of the race will be walked/ran on pavement.
START/FINISH: The race will begin downtown on Dewey Street at 6 p.m. in front of the Mille Lacs Veterinary Clinic and will finish downtown.
REGISTRATION: Race day registration will begin at 4:45 p.m. Registration is $25.00 if registered by June 1st and will include a shirt. Registration after June 1st and up to race start will be $30.00. Shirts are guaranteed for the racers registered by June 1st.
RESULTS: The results of the race will be prepared by Pickle Events and will be on the Falcon National Bank website www.FalconNational.com [http://www.FalconNational.com] and in the Lobby at Falcon National Bank, Foley Location.

Kid K starts at 5:45PM for kids up to age 12.
START/FINISH: Kids will start on Dewey Street in front of the Mille Lacs Veterinary Clinic and run down to Norman Ave, turn around and go back to the finish line.
REGISTRATION: Race day registration will start at 4:45 p.m. $10 registration fee includes a goodie bag consisting of a youth t-shirt, sunglasses, and more. Register by June 1st to guarantee your shirt size.
ALL ARE ENCOURAGED TO DRESS UP IN THEIR RED, WHITE & BLUE ATTIRE FOR THE RACE!
Photo ops will be available to show off your race-ready selves!
