Foothills Tri Fest is a family-friendly recreation and wellness festival bringing together athletes, families, businesses, and community organizations for a day focused on health, fitness, and active living. Hosted at Isothermal Community College, the event will feature the Dolphin Dash Super Sprint Triathlon, Pod Relay Team Event, Foothills 5K Run/Walk, youth activities, recreation organizations, wellness vendors, and community engagement opportunities.

Dolphin Dash Super Sprint Triathlon

The Dolphin Dash Super Sprint Triathlon is intended to be beginner friendly, while allowing seasoned athletes to test their speed. Uniquely designed to be completed throughout campus, friends and family will be able to watch you from the spectator areas. Featuring a 150y 6 lap indoor pool swim, 3-4 mile bike ride and 1+mile run. -
Pod Relay Super Sprint Triathlon

The Pod Relay Super Sprint Triathlon is intended to allow athletes to join with friends and family and create their own "pod" where each member of the pod can complete one phase of the event. One pod member can swim, one pod member can bike and another pod member can run. Uniquely designed to be completed throughout campus, friends and family will be able to watch you from the spectator areas. Featuring a 150y 6 lap indoor pool swim, 3-4 mile bike ride and 1+mile run. -
