Participants can choose from a competitive 5K run/walk, a non-competitive walk, or a Kids Fun Run, designed for children under 10. The 5K is open to runners of all ages and abilities, with medals awarded to the top three finishers in each age category, along with monetary prizes for the top overall male and female finishers.
But that's not all! The event will also feature a Family Fun Day, complete with music, free food, games, activities, face painting, and exciting giveaways. The scenic 5K course will take you along the beautiful Willow Creek Path, ensuring an enjoyable experience for everyone. TAKE STEPS TO END CHILD ABUSE, KEEP CHILDREN SAFE & FAMILIES TOGETHER! This event serves as both an awareness and promotional opportunity for Safe Families for Children.
* 5K RUN
* A timed race for runners of all ages and abilities.
* Medals will be awarded to the top three finishers in each age category (categories TBA)
* Monetary prizes will be awarded to the top three overall male and female finishers. (1st $150, 2nd $100, 3rd $50)
* WALK NON-COMPETITIVE (NOT TIMED)
* Walk for families/participants.
* KIDS FUN RUN/WALK (100 METERS, FREE)
* A fun run for children of all ages will be run on the safety of the Harlem HS track (100 meters).
* All participants will receive a medal and a small prize.
* Must be under 10 years old
* MUST register and will receive a bib
* FAMILY FUN DAY

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
