The Fort Yargo Ultra is a 50K/25K trail race with a 16.6-mile loop through one of Georgia's most beautiful State Parks, Fort Yargo. Voted some of the best single-track trails in Georgia, this race will be 100% on trails with the 50K completing 2 loops of the 15.6-mile loop. The rolling hills surrounding the lake are the perfect backdrop for a fast finishing time if you are a competitive athlete and a great beginner race for someone's first Ultra. Start and Finish at the historic Fort Yargo State Park just outside Atlanta, GA. April is the perfect time with warm-weather just starting temps in the 70s. One loop on the same trails gives you the 25K option.
