Kicking off at 8:00 AM at the picturesque Zephyrhills Train Depot Park, this exciting event features both a 5k race and a fun 1 Mile walk/run for participants of all ages. Sponsored by Walmart Health, the Founders Day 5k aims to raise vital funds to support essential YMCA programs, including their important drown prevention initiative. The goal is to provide FREE swim lessons to every first grader in Zephyrhills, making this event not only a great way to get active but also a chance to give back to the community. Make sure to arrive early for packet pickup starting at 7:30 AM and prepare for a day filled with fun, fitness, and community engagement!

Walmart Health is sponsoring and helping organize the YMCA Founders Day 5k & 1 Mile fun run on March 8th @ 8am at Zephyrhills Train Depot Park. Proceeds from this event will be going to support many of the amazing community programs the YMCA offers including their drown prevention program. The goal is to raise enough funds to provide FREE swim lessons to all first graders in Zephyrhills. This is NOT a FREE event. Registration fees for 5k and 1 Mile walk/run are in the event page below.
