Get ready for a day of cycling and community spirit at the 8th Annual Frankenmuth Fondo Ride on Saturday, August 8th, 2026! This exciting event takes place in the charming town of Frankenmuth, Michigan, offering participants the chance to bike through one of the region's most bike-friendly cities while soaking in its unique beauty. Choose from three exhilarating race distances: 100K, 50K, or 25K, all set to start at different times throughout the morning. The 100K race kicks off at 8:00 AM, followed by the 50K at 8:30 AM, and the 25K at 9:00 AM.
The Frankenmuth Fondo Ride features well-marked routes with color-coded markers to guide you along the way, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. Not only will you be challenging yourself on the bike, but you'll also be contributing to meaningful causes. Proceeds from this event will support the Frankenmuth Rotary Helping Hands Fund and Sleep in Heavenly Peace Saginaw, both dedicated to helping local families in need. Join us for a day filled with cycling, camaraderie, and a commitment to making a difference in our community!

WE HOPE TO SEE YOU AT OUR 8TH ANNUAL FRANKENMUTH FONDO ON SATURDAY, AUGUST 8TH, 2026, AND PARTICIPATE ON OUR 100K, 50K OR 25K COURSES. THE EVENT IS A TIMED EVENT. NOT ONLY CAN YOU BIKE THROUGH ONE OF THE REGION'S MOST BIKE-FRIENDLY CITIES, YOU GET TO SEE SOME ONE-OF-A-KIND BEAUTIFUL SITES. THE ROUTE IS WELL-MARKED WITH COLOR-CODED ROUTE MARKERS. PROCEEDS GOING TO THE ROTARY HELPING HANDS FUND AND SLEEP IN HEAVENLY PEACE SAGINAW.

ALL PROCEEDS FROM THIS EVENT WILL GO TO THE FRANKENMUTH ROTARY HELPING HANDS FUND AND, NEW THIS YEAR, SLEEP IN HEAVENLY PEACE SAGINAW.
THE HELPING HANDS COMMITTEE WAS ESTABLISHED AS A PART OF THE FRANKENMUTH ROTARY CLUB IN 2017 TO HELP STRUGGLING AND DISADVANTAGED INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES IN THE LOCAL AREA. YOUR DONATIONS HAVE MADE A HUGE IMPACT FROM REPLACING WATER HEATERS, PAYING OVERDUE MEDICAL BILLS, HELPING ABUSED WOMEN AND CHILDREN RESETTLE, AND REPLACING HEARING AIDS FOR ELDERLY PEOPLE WHO ARE MAKING DECISIONS TO EAT RATHER THAN HEAR BECAUSE THEY CANNOT AFFORD BOTH, AND MANY OTHERS. TO DATE WE HAVE GIVEN MORE THAN $90,000 IN ASSISTANCE.
SLEEP IN HEAVENLY PEACE SAGINAW IS A NONPROFIT DEDICATED TO ENSURING NO CHILD SLEEPS ON THE FLOOR. SINCE LAUNCHING IN EARLY 2026, THE SAGINAW CHAPTER HAS ALREADY BUILT AND DELIVERED OVER 800 BEDS TO CHILDREN IN OUR COMMUNITY WHO PREVIOUSLY HAD NOWHERE TO SLEEP. EVERY DOLLAR MAKES A DIFFERENCE FOR THESE KIDS.
