Join us for the Freedom Forward Juneteen 5K, a celebration of wellness, resilience, and collective progress. This isnt just a race its a movement. Whether youre a seasoned runner or starting from the couch, our Recliner to 5K Training teams are designed to meet you where you are. Over the weeks leading up to the event, participants will train together, build healthy habits, and stay motivated through community support because wellness is better when we move together. On race day, come experience a family-friendly celebration complete with a 5K run, a 1-mile fun walk, music, vendors, and activities for all ages. Walk it. Jog it. Run it. However you show up, you belong here. This event honors Juneteenth through action increasing access to wellness opportunities, promoting health equity, and strengthening community connections.
