This year, the Freeze For Food is excited to partner with Open Doors for Refugees, enhancing the community spirit and collaboration surrounding the event. Whether you choose to run, walk, or simply donate, every action contributes to building a stronger, more inclusive Madison community. Don’t forget to bring non-perishable food items to support the local food bank, as they are in special need of essential pantry items and grocery bags. In today's climate, the challenge of food security is more prevalent than ever. Our runners have always been strong supporters of these vital projects, and this year, we are proud to host a food drive once again.
Please bring your donations to the collection bin at the Vilas Park Shelter on race day. The pantry is in special need of:
* NON-PERISHABLE PANTRY ITEMS: Essential food items to stock the pantry shelves.
* BAGS: The pantry needs clean plastic, paper, or cloth grocery bags!

Help make the Freeze for Food a success! Volunteers are needed for Pre-Registration, Start/Finish Support, Aid Stations, Setup & Cleanup, and Post-Race Activities, etc.
