IMPORTANT RACE UPDATE 10/01/24:
Unfortunately, due to the closure of the New River Trail and Fries River Park due to Hurricane Helene, we are no longer able to hold this race as planned. This race will now be a virtual race. Race T-shirts may be picked up on October 5 from 9am-2pm at the Old Providence School located at 56 Bainbridge Rd. in Fries, Va.
Participants are encouraged to run or walk a 5K at their preferred location, date, and time and post pictures of their virtual 5K to our Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/events/997490095116326
