The Frights & Freedom 5K is a costume-themed charity race hosted by Flower Mound Plastic Surgery [https://flowermoundplasticsurgery.com/] and Live Young Wellness Spa [https://liveyoungspa.com/], a proud Veteran-owned business. Taking place on October 18, 2025, this fun and festive event supports the Special Operations Warrior Foundation [https://specialops.org/], which provides critical support to the families of Americas elite military forces. Whether youre running, walking, or just showing off your best Halloween costume, everyone is welcomeno athletic experience needed. Join us for a morning of fun, community, and honoring our nations heroes. Registration opens at 7 am, and the 5k will start at 8 am.
