Join us for a day of celebration and community at the Frontera Land Alliance 20th Anniversary Trail Race on Sunday, December 7th, 2025, in the beautiful Resler Canyon of El Paso. This exciting event marks two decades of dedication to the WAKEEM/TESCHNER NATURE PRESERVE, a cherished 91-acre space that highlights the importance of preserving our natural landscapes.
Whether you're a seasoned runner or a casual walker, there’s something for everyone! Participants can choose between a challenging 5K run/walk that kicks off at 8:30 AM or a leisurely 1-mile walk starting at 9:00 AM. Gates open at 7:15 AM, so arrive early to soak in the stunning views and connect with fellow nature lovers. Don’t forget to pick up your race packet on Saturday, December 6th, or on race day itself. Let’s come together for a morning filled with fun, fitness, and a shared commitment to protecting the land we love!

We're excited to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the WAKEEM/TESCHNER NATURE PRESERVE OF RESLER CANYON, a veloved 91- acre protected space owned outright by The Frontera Land Alliance.
To mark this milestone, we're hosting a Trail Race and Family walk to bring together runners, walkers, families, and nature lovers for a morning of fun, and connection to the land.
The goal of this event is to EDUCATE OUR COMMUNITY about the importance of preserving the land. Also to SHOW THEM THE BEAUTIFUL TRAILS and invite them to join us on other adventures we, The Frontera Land Alliance host through out the year.
