All races will begin and end at Fort Atkinson High School, making it a convenient spot for participants and supporters alike. WELCOME TO THE ANNUAL FROSTY ROCK CHALLENGE!
PACKET PICKUP
On Race Day, packets can be picked up from 7a-9a.
On the Friday before the race, packets can be picked up from 4p-6p at Fort HealthCare Business Health Department (210 Milwaukee Ave West, Fort Atkinson, WI 53538)
12K: The only race of its kind! Take on the challenge as you amble your way through the oak savannah, past the marshes and wetlands, and over the prairie on this 12K mixed course. The race starts at the Fort Atkinson High School, goes through Dorothy Carnes County Park and returns to the high school. The 12K route was modified in 2025 due to construction in the area. The route now leaves the High School from the front entrance, wraps around the back of the school, up the hill to Hoard Road and then east to Banker Rd. THIS RACE BEGINS AT 9:00AM.
5K: The route will explore the neighborhood streets of Fort Atkinson, starting and ending at the high school. THIS RACE BEGINS AT 9:15AM. 5K COURSE [https://www.forthealthcare.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/10/FortAtkinson.png]
1 MILE: A 1-mile untimed walk/run will also be offered for those who do not want to do the full 5k. THIS RACE BEGINS AT 8:30AM.

AWARDS
Race will feature overall & age group awards (12 and under for 5k only, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59 and 60 +) for both the 5K and 12K male and females.
