Get ready to embrace the chill and kickstart your winter fitness with the Frozen Feet Challenge 2026! From January 10 to February 7, 2026, participants in Atlanta, Fulton will embark on an invigorating journey to stay active during the coldest month of the year. This exciting challenge encourages you to walk, hike, or run at least one mile outside each day for four consecutive weeks. Whether youโ€™re a seasoned runner or just looking to build a healthy habit, this event welcomes over 1,000 participants to take on the challenge together.

As you log your daily miles, youโ€™ll not only boost your fitness but also earn a chance to celebrate your accomplishments at the finisher party, complete with a special commemorative magnet! The challenge culminates with a final group mile on February 7 at West Stride, where you can connect with fellow participants and bask in the joy of reaching your goals. Donโ€™t miss out on this unique opportunity to stay active, challenge yourself, and enjoy the great outdoors during winter!

FROZEN FEET CHALLENGE 2026 IS HERE!
January 10, 2026 - February 7, 2026

Welcome to West Stride's 2026 Frozen Feet Challenge sponsored by Hoka! Lets MOVE OUTSIDE during the coldest part of the year with us. YOU are one of 1,000+ participants that will challenge yourselves to building a healthy habit this winter. We challenge you to achieve the FULL 4 week streak.

Beginning on Saturday, January 10, we're challenging you to walk, hike, or run one mile (or more) every day OUTSIDE for 4 weeks!

HOW DOES IT WORK? Each day, you complete at least one mile outside - walk, run, jog, crawl. Just get outside and move! Then, log your completed miles on the registration site. It's best to log your miles each day so you don't get behind! But you can also do it at the end of each week. (Please note, you must manually enter your results, the site will not import or sync info from external apps or devices, but you can upload a GPX, FIT, or TCX file directly.) The Frozen Feet Challenge uses the honor system, please record only daily miles completed.

Need more incentive? Complete the challenge and earn entry to the finisher party plus a commemorative magnet. Well wrap it up with the final mile at our Saturday Stride on February 7 at West Stride: one last mile together, then celebrate.

Please note: If you are registering someone other than yourself, make sure that you input THEIR email address so they can log their miles easily, and they get updates from us.

HOW TO LOG YOUR MILES:

Head to the Frozen Feet registration page. You may need to login to your Run Sign Up account if you arent already logged in.
From there, click the results tab and follow the prompts from there. (Remember to enter miles and not steps!)
