The Hybrid 5K combines running with invigorating workouts, where participants will complete 10 reps of exercises like jumping jacks, sit-ups, lunges, and more every half mile. Every participant will receive a stylish club T-Shirt, a finisher medal to commemorate your achievement, and a signature bib to wear with pride. Don’t miss out on packet pick-up at Runners Depot from July 11th to July 17th, with race day registration also available. Join us for a day of fitness, camaraderie, and unforgettable memories!

Organiser's Description
This course is at the Pompano Air Park! Park at the South End of the Galuppi's Parking Lot. We will have a finish line clock at the end, each participant will receive a club T-Shirt, Finisher Medal and Signature bib. All (3) events are Non Scored Events ....
Packet pick up at Runners Depot (Davie & Fort Lauderdale) starts Saturday July 11th and Closes Friday July 17th at Noon ... we will have packet pick up and registration on race day.
This event has (3) options, you can participate in the 5K or 10K run / walk or you can participate in the Hybrid 5K, if you elect to participate in the Hybrid 5K, those participants will complete 10 reps of one of the following exercises every 1/2 mile:
