Don't forget to pick up your race packet at Runners Depot in Davie or Fort Lauderdale starting July 11th, with registration available on race day as well. This course is at the Pompano Air Park! Park at the South End of the Galuppi's Parking Lot. We will have a finish line clock at the end, each participant will receive a club T-Shirt, Finisher Medal and Signature bib. All (3) events are Non Scored Events ....
Packet pick up at Runners Depot (Davie & Fort Lauderdale) starts Saturday July 11th and Closes Friday July 17th at Noon ... we will have packet pick up and registration on race day.
This event has (3) options, you can participate in the 5K or 10K run / walk or you can participate in the Hybrid 5K, if you elect to participate in the Hybrid 5K, those participants will complete 10 reps of one of the following exercises every 1/2 mile:
