With a start time of 9:15 am, participants can register on race day from 8:00 am to 8:45 am at the Warming Hut. A registration fee of $35 gets you in on the action, and the first 25 registrants will receive a free t-shirt! Prizes will be awarded to the top finishers in various categories, including the fastest dog! Bring your furry friends along for a day filled with joy, community spirit, and plenty of wagging tails. THIS GREAT FUNDRAISER TO BENEFIT PEPPERTREE RESCUE WILL TAKE PLACE AT THE WARMING HUT OFF THE SCENIC AVENUE OF THE PINES IN SARATOGA STATE PARK ON SATURDAY APRIL 18TH!
_THE FURRY FUN RUN_ WAS THE FIRST 5K IN THE AREA TO WELCOME DOGS, AND IT IS A DO-NOT-MISS EVENT! IF YOU ARE NOT UP FOR RUNNING, WE WELCOME WALKERS TOO! DAY-OF-REGISTRATION IS $35 SO DO NOT FORGET TO REGISTER EARLY.
FREE T-SHIRTS will go to the first 25 registrants.
_PRIZES WILL BE AWARDED TO_ the first woman, man, non-binary person and dog to cross the finish line. This event will be bar code timed by White Knight Timing and Race Management.
_PACKET PICK UP AND RACE DAY REGISTRATION_ will run from 8:00 am to 8:45 am on race day at the Warming Hut; the race will start promptly at 9:15 am.
Proceeds of this event go to benefit the dogs of Peppertree Rescue. Peppertree Rescue is a volunteer run organization dedicated to helping dogs of good temperament we do not discriminate based on breed, age or health. Please check us out: https://peppertree.org/
The park staff have asked is to make sure that our four legged friends waste be picked up behind them. We will provide environmentally safe bags at the beginning of the race.
