Get ready for an exciting and vibrant Galentine's Day celebration at the Galentine's Day Groove and Move event on Saturday, February 15, 2025, in Medina, Ohio! This special ladies-only gathering invites women of all fitness levels to lace up their sneakers and join in for a refreshing 3-mile run or walk at Ray Mallert Park. Participants are encouraged to wear their best Valentine-themed gear, adding a splash of fun to this empowering day of movement and community.
After the invigorating exercise, the festivities continue with a succulent bar planting session at The Common Ground Warehouse, where you can unleash your creativity and nurture your green thumb! Starting between 9:15 AM and 9:30 AM, this part of the event promises to be both enjoyable and relaxing. While the movement portion is free, there is a nominal fee for the succulent planting. Grab a coffee from the onsite bar, connect with fellow participants, and celebrate friendship and fitness in style. Join us for a memorable day full of laughter, motivation, and camaraderie!

THE MOVE COFFEE AND KILOMETERS SPECIAL FEBRUARY CLUB EVENT!
This event is for the ladies only!!
Ladies, lace up your sneakers and come out and MOVE with your fellow female runners/walkers!
A special thanks to Megan and Tiffany for taking the lead and helping coordinate this event!

WHEN: Saturday 02.15.2025
WHERE:
* Group MOVE is at Ray Mallert Park, Medina, OH 44256. Please be there by 8:00AM! You will be running/walking 3 miles at the park!
* Succulent Bar Planting Group Event is at The Common Ground Warehouse @ 220 N State Rd, Medina, OH 44256. This event will start between 9:15AM - 9:30AM!
*** Since this is a Galentine's Day theme, dress in any Valentine gear you may have or wear pink/red if you have it!!
COST:
* As always, you can come and MOVE with us at no cost. For those staying around and coming to the Succulent Bar Planting part of the event, there is a cost associated! Please see the attached flyer for cost information!
* If you do not want to participate in the Succulent Bar Planting, you can still come and hang out and check out the other shops in the warehouse and drink coffee!! There is a coffee bar in the warehouse!
* To thank Megan and Tiffany for helping plan and lead this event, I am also providing an option to donate $10 split between a charity/cause that they choose and to gift them a gift card for giving back to this group and providing such a fun event for you!
