Participants can choose between a 5K or a 10K route, with the 10K featuring a picturesque turnaround at General Vang Park.
This year, the Gateway to Yosemite race will also serve a wonderful cause, supporting the development of the Aletha June All-Inclusive Playground, set to open in Spring 2026. This innovative playground will include inclusive swings, slides, and features designed to ensure playtime is accessible for children of all abilities. All finishers will be rewarded with a custom Gateway to Yosemite medal, making this event one you won't want to miss. Don’t forget, participants aged 13 and younger must be accompanied by an adult on the race course. Lace up your running shoes and join us for a day filled with community spirit, health, and fun!

Lace up those running shoes for the second Gateway to Yosemite 5K/10K on September 21, 2025! Fahrens Park offers a spacious area for spectators and amazing some amazing trails through the disc golf course and dog park. with the 10K turnaround point at General Vang Park.
This years event will benefit the development of the Aletha June All-Inclusive Playground at General Vang Pao Park. This playground will include inclusive swings, slides, and additional features that expand access to play for all abilities. Aletha June Playground will break ground later this year with a planned opening in Spring 2026.
All finishers will receive a custom Gateway to Yosemite medal.
