Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Mississippi presents the 2026 Get ready to Run Kids One-Mile Fun Run on Saturday, March 7, 2026 at Trustmark Park in Pearl, Mississippi. More than 2,000 children, kindergarten through 5th grade, will participate in one-mile fun run to test their fitness and celebrate healthy lifestyles. Registration is FREE and each participant will receive a T-shirt, finishers medal, and swag bag.
