TEMPERATURES/HUMIDITY CAN BE HIGH IN SOUTH FLORIDA. PARTICIPANTS SHOULD DRINK PLENTY OF FLUIDS (NON-ALCOHOLIC) FOR 48 HOURS PRIOR TO, DURING AND UPON FINISHING THE RACE.
