WHAT IS THE GRAYBAR FAMILY FOUNDATION?
THE MISSION OF THE GRAYBAR FAMILY FOUNDATION (GFF) IS TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL HELP TO ACTIVE EMPLOYEES DEALING WITH UNEXPECTED HARDSHIPS FOR REASONS BEYOND THEIR CONTROL. OVER THE YEARS, GFF HAS HELPED EMPLOYEES FACING ADVERSITY FOR A VARIETY OF REASONS, SUCH AS FAMILY HEALTH ISSUES, DEATHS, FIRES AND NATURAL DISASTERS. GFF IS CONTROLLED AND ADMINISTERED BY NON-GRAYBAR EMPLOYEES. IT IS A NONPROFIT 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATION THAT RELIES SOLELY ON TAX-DEDUCTIBLE DONATIONS TO CARRY OUT ITS MISSION. EMPLOYEE REQUESTS FOR ASSISTANCE ARE KEPT CONFIDENTIAL. THE GFF BOARD OF DIRECTORS IS GRATEFUL FOR THE CONTINUED SUPPORT AND GENEROSITY OF THE GRAYBAR COMMUNITY.
