Join us for the Greater 8 and 5K event on June 29th, 2024, in Creston, Iowa! This exciting fundraiser supports the High Lakes Trails and is made possible thanks to our title sponsor, Grater Regional Health, as well as generous community sponsors and volunteers. Participants can choose between an 8-mile and 5K race, with cash prizes awarded to the top three finishers in each category. Age category winners will also receive recognition and prizes. Organiser's Description
This event takes place on the Saturday before the 4th of July in Creston, Iowa. This is a fundraiser and participant registration goes towards a donation for our AMAZING High Lakes Trails! Our title sponsor, Grater Regional Health and the many community sponsors and volunteers are what make this event & fundraiser so successful!
We award cash prizes for the top three finishers (male & female) in each race:
* 8 mile 1st: $300
* 8 mile 2nd: $200
* 8 mile 3rd: $100
* 5K 1st: $75
* 5K 2nd: $50
* 5K 3rd: $35
Age category winners receive recognition and various prizes as well.
