Organiser's Description
Grind For the Mind, presented by Bria Method and The Brad Fox Charitable Foundation, is proud to bring you the 2nd annual charity challenge event focused on promoting mental health awareness. Members of the community are encouraged to part-take in a fitness run that highlights the strength within ourselves, the obstacles we all face, and the endurance needed as we prioritize our individual mental health.
This charity event consists of running and exercise challenges around the loop of Warminster Community Park to test participants physical and mental strength. The total distance of the loop is approximately 3.2 miles.
This event is open to the public and all are encouraged to join with friends, family, and members of the community to raise awareness for mental health and engage with organizations such as NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness).
WAVES:
Participants that wish to push their limits can select the 'ELITE WAVE' upon registering and will be sent on the loop first.
Participants who want to embrace the obstacles but do not wish to compete in the elite group can select 'STANDARD WAVE'.
Participants that wish to run, walk, or skip the obstacles if they please, choose the 'RUN/WALKERS' wave.
All are welcome to participate at your desired level of intensity!
Please arrive early and head straight to the O'Neil Pavilion for check in!
NOTE - All participants who register by 9/08/25 will receive their desired size Grind for the Mind t-shirt.
Participants who register after that date will receive a shirt while quantities last at the event.
PACKET PICK-UP DETAILS:
Bria Method - 720 Johnsville Blvd., Suite 11. Warminster, PA 18974
Registrants who pick up their packets at Bria Method will receive a tour of the facility, are eligible for half off a month membership and a free InBody Scan analysis.
HOURS OF OPERATION FOR PACKET PICKUP:
Wednesday September 17th between 5:00am - 1:00pm & 4:00pm - 7:00pm
Thursday September 18th between 5:00am - 1:00pm & 4:00pm - 7:00pm
Friday September 19th between 5:00am - 1:00pm
Saturday September 20th between 7:00am - 10:30am
Sunday September 21st at Warminster Community Park between 8:00 AM and 8:45 AM before the race starts
