Organiser's Description
Grind For the Mind, presented by Bria Method and The Brad Fox Foundation, is an inaugural charity challenge promoting mental health awareness by encouraging members of the community to part-take in a fitness run event that that reflects upon the strength within ourselves, the obstacles we all face, and the endurance needed as we prioritize our individual mental health.
This charity event will consist of running and exercise challenges around the loop of Warminster Community Park, including physical and mental exercises, along the path to test participants’ physical and mental strength.
This event is open to the public and all are encouraged to join with friends, family, and members of the community to raise awareness for mental health and engage with organizations such as NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness).
All participants who register by 9/09/24 will receive their desired/ordered size of Grind for the Mind t-shirt. Participants who register after that date will receive a shirt while quantities last at the event. All registrants who pick up their packets at Bria Method between Monday, September 16 and Saturday, September 21st during operating hours, will also receive a tour of the facility, half off a month membership and a free InBody Scan analysis (plus you get to meet our awesome trainers). Additional packet pick-up will be available Sunday, September 22, 2024 at Warminster Community Park prior to the event.
