* 8:00 AM start 10k & 5k
* 9:00 AM start for Kids' 1 Mile
* All Senior Olympic participants who wish to be eligible for additional Senior Olympic age awards and seniors shirts must also register online at: www.MSSeniorGames.com [https://www.msseniorgames.com/]
* Awards for all the normal divisions in the 10k and 5k.
* 10k & 5k: $20 for GCRC Members, $22 for Non-Members (plus RunSignUp's fee)

Race walkers must follow USATF race walking guidelines. "Race walking requires the competitor to maintain contact with the ground at all times and requires the leading leg to be straightened as the foot makes contact with the ground. It must remain straightened until the leg passes under the body." -
