Get ready for an exhilarating day of fun and fitness at the H-F Beast Obstacle Course Dash, taking place on Sunday, July 12, 2026, in the beautiful setting of Homewood, Cook! This exciting event is perfect for families and friends looking to unleash their competitive spirit while tackling a variety of challenging obstacles. Young participants ages 6-14 will navigate through 8 thrilling obstacles over a 1-mile course, featuring challenges like tire flips and balance beams. For the more adventurous crowd aged 15 and up, the course expands to a 2-mile run with 16 obstacles, including bucket carries and spear throws.

Not only will participants enjoy a day filled with action and camaraderie, but they'll also have the chance to build confidence, strength, and endurance. Every finisher will receive a medal and a t-shirt to commemorate their achievement. The race will be held in waves every 5 minutes, ensuring an exciting atmosphere throughout the day.
