This exciting event promises a fun-filled experience for participants of all ages, with two thrilling categories. Young athletes aged 6-14 will tackle 8 challenging obstacles during a 1-mile run, featuring activities like tire flips, balance beams, and army crawls. For the more experienced participants aged 15 and older, the course offers a robust 2-mile challenge with 16 obstacles, including bucket carries and hoists.
This outdoor obstacle course is not only a fantastic way to stay active, but it also promotes confidence, strength, and endurance. Every finisher will receive a medal and a t-shirt to commemorate their achievement, along with the added excitement of racing in 5-minute waves. Organiser's Description
The H-F Beast Obstacle Course Dash is an opportunity to have fun and stay active together with friends or family! The Dash combines fun obstacles and quick dashes to keep you moving and energized. The course will be offered in two categories. Those ages 6-14 will complete 8 Obstacles and run a 1-mile run. Obstacles include a tire flip, balance beam, army crawl, tire run, and more. Participants ages 15+ will compete in 16 Obstacles and a total of 2 miles. Obstacles will include bucket carry, hoist, tire flip and more! This outdoor Obstacle course will help you build confidence, strength, endurance, balance, and so much more. Finisher medals and t-shirts will be awarded for completion of the course. Race runs in 5-minute waves.
