As you dash through the course, expect plenty of Halloween-themed fun, including spooky music and delightful candy at the finish line to celebrate your achievement. The day begins early with bib pick-up starting at 7:00 AM, followed by the half marathon at 7:30 AM, and the 5K and 10K races at 7:45 AM. With on-course support including water stations and restrooms, you can focus on enjoying your run. START LOCATION: Mile Square Park, Parking lot D. Across the street from 11014 Lavender Ave, Fountain Valley, CA 92708.
Park entrance at 16801 Euclid St, Fountain Valley, CA 92708
PARKING: $5.00 per car at Mile Square Park (Opens at 7am). Limited free street parking is available.
EVENT SCHEDULE:
7:00AM Bib pick-up opens at the start GPS to Starting Line
7:30AM Half marathon start
7:45AM 5k & 10k start
11:00AM Course closes (3 hours, 30 minutes for the Half)
_Early start of 7am may be pre-arranged for half marathoners, email your request to [email protected]. All early starters will not be eligible for awards.
_Loop Course
_There is currently construction going on in Mile Square Park, so our routes have changed slightly:
_5K & 10K this 5k route is used for the 5k (one loops), 10k (two loops) route here [https://www.mapmyrun.com/routes/view/6275038930]
HALF MARATHON this route is used for the half marathon, it's similar to the 5k route but there is an additional out and back route here [https://www.mapmyrun.com/routes/view/6275065567/]
MORE ABOUT THE COURSE: This is a looped course, meaning you will begin and finish in the same location. Our courses are not closed, which means that there are often runners, walkers, and others enjoying the day along with you.
ON-COURSE SUPPORT: Courses are well marked with two water stations and restrooms along the way.
