THE COVERED BRIDGE RACE IS PART OF THE CELEBRATION FOR HAMDENS BICENTENNIAL. THIS THE FIRST EVER 5K ROAD RACE IN HAMDEN. THIS IS ONE ACTIVITY DEDICATED TO CELEBRATING THE BICENTENNIAL ALONG WITH A VINTAGE BASEBALL GAME, PARADE, CORNHOLE TOURNAMENTS, SQUARE DANCING, ETC.
