This uplifting event is dedicated to raising awareness and support for pancreatic cancer, honoring the memory of Stephen E. Foster. Participants can choose to walk or run a scenic 5K route along the Hop River rails to trails, making it a perfect outing for everyone, including families with children. In a generous gesture, all kids under the age of 10 can participate for free, while the entry fee of $35 per participant goes directly to Project Purple.
The race kicks off at 9 AM, so be sure to arrive a little early to check in and collect your race bib. Whether you’re hitting the pavement or cheering along the sidelines, every step taken brings us closer to a cure. Enjoy a challenging and scenic route off of the main roads on the Hop River rails to trails. Children are welcome and the course is stroller friendly. _All kids under the age of 10 run for free! _
The $35 entry fee per participant will be DONATED DIRECTLY TO PROJECT PURPLE. Additional donations are appreciated, however not expected or mandatory. Unfortunately, DONATIONS CANNOT BE ACCEPTED ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT.
The race will start promptly at 9am, so please arrive a few minutes early to check in and grab your race bib! Pre-registration preferred, however same day registration will be available on race day.
