Runners of all ages are encouraged to join, but please note that strollers are not recommended due to the course's elevation. After conquering the hills, participants can look forward to refreshing water and light snacks, as well as awards for the top finishers, including overall winners and age group champions. Don’t miss out on this fantastic community event that not only promotes fitness but also directly benefits the Melrose XC teams. Make sure to pick up your bib on Friday, November 6, or on race day from 7:00 a.m. to 8:45 a.m. at Pine Banks. Best parking is available off Sylvan Street. Organiser's Description
Support the Melrose High School XC teams for a hilly 5K race on the team's home course. The race will be held Sunday, November 8, 2026. Race begins at 9 a.m. All proceeds directly benefit the Melrose XC teams.
Due to the hills and terrain, strollers are not recommended for this race.
Best parking location is in the lot off of Sylvan Street.

Awards will be given as follows (No Double Dipping!):
Overall - Top 3 Male, Top 3 Female, Top Non-binary
Age Groups - Top Male and Female runner in each age group (Under 20, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+)
Water and light snack refreshments will be provided after the race.
Bib Pick-Up:
Friday, November 6th from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at Marathon Sports in Melrose
