For the little ones, the FREE Minnow Run will take place immediately after the 5K and 10K, around 9:45 am, giving kids 12 and under a chance to join in the fun. Beyond the races, Musky-Fest features a variety of activities such as sidewalk sales, a handmade art and craft show, live music, children's games, a car show, delicious food booths, and even a catch and release fishing contest. Don't miss the grand parade that will close out the weekend with a bang! The Hayward Area Chamber of Commerce is happy to invite you to join them for another Musky Fest 5K Run/Walk and 10K Run! This is a locally sponsored event starting at 8:30 am. Also, don't miss out on the FREE Minnow Run on Main Street & 3rd for all kids 12 years and under starting at immediately following the 5K/10K at approximately 9:45/10:00am!
_THE 76TH ANNUAL _Musky Festival is Hayward's largest community festival celebrating Wisconsin's Northwoods and our great fishing tradition. The weekend includes the crowning of our Musky Festival Queen, sidewalk sales, large handmade art and craft show, live music, children's games, a car show, mouth-watering food booths, 5K Run/Walk and 10K Run as well as a Minnow Run for those 12 and younger, catch and release fishing contest, fishing photo contest, a carnival and large street dances featuring Midwest known music groups on Friday and Saturday nights, and so much more! The whole weekend concludes with the Grand Parade on Sunday down Main Street which is can't miss event.

Registration includes Musky Walk/Run T-Shirt Register by May 30 to guarantee your size.
*Packet pick-up & Late Registration (including race bibs) will be on Main Street Saturday, June 27th, 2026 from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm
Race Day registration on the morning of Sunday, June 28th, 2026 ($40.00) will be closed at 8:00 am as the race starts at 8:30 am sharp.
ALL REGISTRATIONS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE
PRIZES & GIVEAWAYS
*Award ceremony will be immediately following the race, about 10:30 am
Prizes will be awarded to the Top Male and Top Female finishers in each division
Prizes will also be awarded for a variety of age groups.
