We practice in four areas, which are Family Law (divorce, custody, protection orders), Housing Law (evictions, landlord/tenant issues), Public Benefits (SSI, SSDI), and Consumer Law (bankruptcy, garnishments). ERLS is committed to the belief that being poor or at risk does not make you less, that equal access to our courts is an essential part of justice, and equal justice is a universal right. -
