PACKET PICKUP
Packet pickup will be at the Goodyear Ballpark on Friday, February 7 from 12-6 p.m. Pickup will also be available the morning of the event before the race starts beginning at 7:30 a.m.

RUCKING IS THE ACTION OF WALKING WITH WEIGHT ON YOUR BACK. WALKING WITH A WEIGHTED RUCKSACK (AKA BACKPACK) IS A LOW IMPACT EXERCISE BASED ON MILITARY TRAINING WORKOUTS.
WHAT ARE THE RUCKING CATEGORIES/GROUPS FOR THIS EVENT?
RUCKING WEIGHT IS DETERMINED OFF YOUR OVERALL BODY WEIGHT. FOR THIS EVENT WE WILL HAVE 2 CATEGORIES/GROUPS: UNDER 150LBS AND OVER 150LBS. PARTICIPANTS UNDER 150LBS WILL BE ASKED TO CARRY A 10LBS RUCKSACK/BACKPACK. PARTICIPANTS OVER 150LBS WILL BE ASKED TO CARRY A 20LBS RUCKSACK/BACKPACK.
