Heart2Heart Outreach is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization committed to helping seniors by providing hope, sharing love, and restoring purpose to isolated seniors. We mobilize volunteers to connect, advocate, respond, and engage lonely seniors living alone in their own homes or nursing home facilities. Proceeds benefit the seniors in our C.A.R.E. program throughout South Florida.
Can't join us for our 5k run but still want to make a difference? You can still show your support for our cause to assist seniors in the tri-county area by making a donation.
