Participants will kick off the day with the first 5K run, in partnership with The Big Run 5K Madison, followed by an energetic nearly 11-mile bike ride consisting of three loops, and wrapping up with a final 2-mile run on a different course, ensuring a unique experience for all athletes. With early summer weather on the horizon, racers can look forward to great conditions as they challenge themselves and celebrate their hard work. I am excited to be your 2026 Heel & Crank Race director with a return to the Research Park location and the first run again to held in combination with the The Big Run 5k Madison, brought to you by Fleet Feet.
A race date of June 6th, keeping us in early summer weather, and hopes of great conditions!
I'm excited for us to return to the Adtran venue again!

COURSE DETAILS (SUBJECT TO CHANGE BASED ON CITY PERMITS):
The 1st and 2nd run will be on 2 different courses, giving you 2 unique race courses.
