Event summary
With a variety of race distances available, including an Aqua-bike and Duathlon sprint, as well as a Super Sprint for beginners, there’s something for everyone! Plus, a virtual option is offered for those who prefer to participate from afar. Each participant in the triathlon, duathlon, or aqua-bike will receive a post-race meal, a finisher's medal, and an age group award for the top three competitors. The Fun Run, a budget-friendly race designed as a fundraiser, ensures that all 5K participants also take home a finisher's medal. Join us in supporting the community, as net proceeds have contributed thousands to local charities. Don’t miss out on this vibrant event filled with wonderful people and breathtaking scenery!

Everyone registered for the triathlon, duathlon or aqua-bike will receive a post-race meal, shirt, finishers medal and age group award up to 3rd place.
The Fun Run is an economical race organized as a fundraiser. All 5K participants will receive a finishers medal.
All net proceeds go to charity. Example: $2,000 has been donated to the Prickly Pear Land Trust, $1,300 to Queen City Wheel House, over $500 to Helena Food Share as well as contributions to other great causes in our community.
Dogs are not allowed in Spring Meadow Lake State Park. They are allowed at Ten Mile Park where the run course is located.
