Get ready for an exciting day of fitness and fun at the Heppe Chiropractic 15K & 5K, taking place on Saturday, April 26, 2025, in the charming city of Fredericksburg! This unique event features the only 15K race in the area, offering participants a stunning course that winds along the picturesque Rappahannock River and through the historic downtown streets, including the scenic Heritage Trail and Canal Path. Runners will start and finish at Riverfront Park, a perfect spot to soak in the vibrant atmosphere.
Expect a fantastic turnout this year, building on the success of previous events. With ample parking, a USATF certified course, and plenty of signage to guide you, the day promises to be well-organized and enjoyable. Participants will receive custom shirts and a unique finisher commemorative item, along with exciting awards for top finishers, including recognition for both male and female competitors across various age groups. Best of all, this year, all proceeds will support the Fredericksburg Regional Food Bank, making every step count for the community. Heppe Chiropractic is proud to offer the only 15K race in Fredericksburg with a beautiful course that runs along the Rappahannock River and through the historic streets of downtown Fredericksburg and along the Heritage Trail and Canal Path. The course starts and ends at Riverfront Park off of Sophia Street. We had a great turnout last year and we expect this year to be even better! A post-race award ceremony will be held with lots of prizes and fun to be had!
In 2023 our featured charity was Empowerhouse and in 2024 we donated all proceeds to Mental Health America of Fredericksburg, this year all proceeds go to the Fredericksburg Regional Food Bank.\
