The HER HEAD UP 5K is more than just a run or walk. It's a celebration of strength, resilience, sisterhood, and the power of becoming.
This event is for every woman who has faced challenges, overcome obstacles, started over, or simply decided that it's time to put herself first.
Whether you're running, walking, or taking your very first step toward a healthier you, this day is about showing up for yourself and celebrating the woman you are and the woman you're becoming.
Bring your friends, sisters, cousins, daughters. Don't leave no woman behind!

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancelation Policy All Lace Up Running events proceed rain or shine or snow or cold. For that reason, we have a strict no refund policy.
In the event of extreme weather, the start time of this event may be delayed by up to an half hour. Past this time, the even course may be shortened or altered to protect the participants.
If conditions turns into lightening, ice or become unsafe, the event may be cancelled. Event changes and cancellations are at the discretion of the Race Director.
We always strive to produce a full and safe sporting event, but sometimes the weather conditions can affect those plans.
A lot of hours, days and even months goes into planning a sporting event and we do so with the best intentions. Unfortunately, no one can control the weather and race directors are not the exceptions.
Our goal is to always produce a full event as scheduled and only modify these plans due to safety concerns some of which can be caused by weather conditions.
Thank you for your understanding of these policies and we appreciate your participation.
If you are unable to participate in the event, or the event is canceled, you can still receive your packet, shirt, and medal and you simply run the race on your own time on your own course. See our virtual race information for complete details.

Every Woman Deserves a Fresh Start. Her Head Up 5K is more than a race. It's a movement of women supporting women. We're raising $1,000 to support a local women's shelter and help women and children who are working toward safety, stability, and a new beginning. Your donation can help provide essential resources, encouragement, and hope to women facing difficult circumstances. Whether you give $5, $10, $25, or more, every contribution brings us closer to our goal. Together, we're not just moving forward. We're helping another woman move forward, too.
