Organiser's Description
Fleet Feet Hickory is offering a FREE 10K training program. The program begins Tuesday, September 17th and lasts for 10 weeks. The goal race is the HICKORY FOUNDATION YMCA TURKEY TROT on SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 21, 2026. Coached runs will be on Tuesday nights at 6 PM and Saturday mornings at 7 AM. Run coaches will guide you through warm-ups, stretching, hydration, and race day nutrition. We do ask that you are comfortable with 3 miles before participating in this group.
