Get ready for a spooktacular evening at the 4th Annual Highland Fright Ride! On Friday, October 2, 2026, join fellow cycling enthusiasts for a thrilling 7.5-mile community bicycle ride that kicks off after dusk in the beautiful Highland, Lake. This fun-filled event welcomes participants of all ages, with a special note that riders under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
From 5:30 PM to 6:45 PM, check-in will take place at Main Square Park, where you’ll also find a food vendor on-site to fuel your adventure. The ride starts at 7 PM, and while this is not a race, participants are encouraged to don their best costumes, wear helmets, and equip their bikes with lights for added safety. Two refreshing pit stops will be available along the route, ensuring everyone stays energized and refreshed. Plus, all participants will receive a special T-shirt (while supplies last) to commemorate the experience! Organiser's Description
Join us on a 4th annual spooky 7.5 mile community bicycle ride after dusk. Note: this is NOT a race. Helmets and bike lights (and costumes!) are strongly encouraged. There will be two pit-stops along the route for refreshments and bathroom breaks. Participants receive a T-shirt (while supplies last).
