Whether its your first ever marathon, or your returning, Fleet Feet North Jersey has a training program made for all levels that will get you to the finish line of the most exciting 5Ks of the year: The Holiday Hustle 5k!
Join us for a 7 week training program beginning Wednesday, October 16th @ 6:30 PM. The program is supported by sponsors like Asics and Superfeet!
This program offers a balance of run/walk workouts, cross training, and rest days to gradually increase your fitness. Plus, your coaches and fellow training group members will provide the guidance and motivation you need to stay on track and have fun along the way. In addition you will receive some great group runs on Wednesday evenings at 6:30 PM and Saturday mornings at 8:30 AM.
